That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee with Free Returns on all eligible orders.
If you're not fully satisfied with your aircraft model, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you arrange a return or exchange.
Our customer support team is committed to providing a smooth, hassle-free experience for every collector.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit Your Request
Email us at support@xairmodel.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
2. Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Return instructions
- The nearest return warehouse address
3. Pack & Ship
Please return the item in its original packaging whenever possible.
✅If the return is caused by an incorrect item being shipped or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference, such as no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Send Us the Tracking Number
Once your package has been shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return and process it as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Credit Cards: 3–7 business days

Exchanges
Replacement items are shipped within 48 hours after return approval.
A new tracking number will be provided immediately after dispatch.

Return Condition
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

- Include original packaging
- Include any promotional gifts received with the order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
